We’ll discuss your travel style, must-have features, and budget to determine whether one of our tried-and-tested layouts suits your needs or if a bespoke design is the best option for you. Our layouts serve as a strong foundation, offering flexibility for customisation to fit your personal needs.

Once we’ve determined your ideal campervan build, we’ll provide a detailed quote, including a breakdown of costs and the estimated timeline. To secure your build slot, a 20% deposit is required. Availability depends on our current project schedule and your preferred start date.

Approximately 30 days before your van’s arrival, we begin the detailed design process. We work closely with you and our designer to bring your vision to life through 3D design renderings. This stage finalises interior elements such as cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and external accessories like roof racks and lighting. By the end of this step, you’ll have a clear understanding of your van’s final look.

Once the design is finalised, a 50% deposit of the total cost is required to begin construction. Your van moves into our workshop, where we start crafting your campervan. The typical conversion time is 2-3 months.

At the halfway mark of your build, a 20% payment is required to maintain the progress of your project. Throughout the process, we’ll provide updates with photos and key milestones so you can follow along.

Before handover, we conduct a full inspection to ensure everything is working perfectly. Once complete, we schedule a handover where you’ll receive a walkthrough of your new campervan, including how to use all its features, then—drum roll, please— you’ll be ready to embark on your first adventure in your newly converted van.

The remaining 10% balance is due before handover.

We stand by our craftsmanship and provide post-build support to answer any questions or provide assistance whenever you need it to ensure you get the most out of your Terra Camper. All fit-outs come with a 6-month warranty for added peace of mind.
